Design
The first thing is to design the bow tie that you have on your head. Tell us, have you imagined it...is it wide? narrow? what color? Do you want to include your store logo or your corporate color? Anything is possible!
The "paper" supports everything, and in our case, the illustrator too, so as soon as you tell us your idea we will get to work to design the bow tie you have dreamed of.
Now think: What is the most significant thing about your business? A razor, a blade, scissors or the logo of your establishment? We want to transform what makes you so characteristic into an accessory that is part of you.
The tissue
It's time for you to tell us what fabric you would like to make your bow tie. At Pitas, Pitas we work with almost any type of fabric, although some, such as polyester or Berlin fabric, are more recommended for daily use. They hold up to washing better and suffer less wear than other fabrics such as silk or cotton.
Choose the fabric you want to give life to your bow tie: Organic, Cotton, Polyester, Berling, Poplin, Silk, and many more.
The Confection
Once the design and fabric are approved, we will move on to the manufacturing phase. In this phase we take out the pattern (measurements, width by height and neck length) that we have previously agreed upon and cut the fabric to make the chosen number of bow ties (the minimum quantity we work with is 10 units).
Once cut, we prepare to sew one by one, taking care of every detail, every seam, every thread. This is how we make our seams virtually invisible.
Labeling
The final touch! The brand of your personalized bow tie Do you want one of Pitas, Pitas or do you want it from your brand?
The labeling gives that last touch to our bow tie before leaving the atelier. They are sewn to the back of the neck of the bow tie, so that it cannot be seen from the outside but you always have it present :)
However, since it is your bow tie you can choose where you want us to sew the label.
Packaging
Do you want unitary packaging? If so, we can also customize your packaging and make it to your liking...
These personalized packaging are a good method to make your clients always remember the name of their favorite barbershop. You can give them as gifts to your most loyal clients or have your employees wear them with great pride.

Delivery times

Our delivery times may vary depending on the quantity and fabric selected, but keep in mind about 30 to 60 days.
However, it is better to ask than to be sorry, so ask us without obligation and we will give you a budget and an estimate of delivery times.
Also remember that to kick off our creative and production process we need at least 10 units. And if you need more, no problem! In fact, they will become cheaper as you increase the volume of your order :)
