Bow Tie Return Policy
As this is a party item, we do not allow the return of a bow tie or tie if you do not notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
If your accessory has a manufacturing error , please contact us by sending an email to hola@pitaspitaspajaritas.com with an image of the problem so we can proceed with the return or replace it with another identical one (as long as we have stock available).
